Sales and Marketing Negotiator – Previous experience essential

Reporting to Head of Sales:

The successful candidate will be working within a small team and be responsible for:

  • Planning and organising marketing material on a daily basis
  • Keeping fully up to date with new listings on the property portals
  • Keep the property/client database up to date and building on new business
  • Dealing with new and existing clients
  • Approach new clients with a view to securing new business
  • Dedicated to building on-going relationships with new and existing clients
  • Carrying out sales viewings
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Responding to enquiries via email and telephone

This role involves communicating with current and new vendors, buyers and solicitors.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are essential.

We are seeking a candidate with a mature confident attitude who is resilient, highly professional and experienced in customer service.

  • Provide administration support to the Head of Sales
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Produce letters and marketing material relating to new and existing business
  • Book in viewings
  • Diary management

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are required. IT literacy, sound literacy and numeracy skills and a lively sense of humour are also important in a job where no two days are the same! A career driven person will relish the challenges of this role.

Assistant to Property Manager is required for a busy Estate Agent based in Dartford.

An experienced Assistant to Property Manager / Property Co-ordinator is required to assist the property management team with their growing managed property portfolio.

Previous experience / exposure to a property management environment of any kind are essential!

The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy lettings environment. This is a fast paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.

  • Estate Agent - Experience is essential
  • Action all property maintenance issues raised
  • Keep the property database up to date
  • Processing invoices
  • Dedicated to building on-going relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Negotiating quotes with contractors
  • Compiling Inventories
  • Check in tenants

An EXPEREINCED Senior Lettings negotiator is required for a busy Estate Agent based in Dartford.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working towards targets and under pressure in a busy lettings environment. This is a fast paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.

  • Ability to bring in new business
  • Booking valuations
  • Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
  • Register applicant’s details and property requirements
  • Identifying potential applicants and securing viewings
  • Accompanying prospective tenants to view properties
  • Follow up viewings and secure offers
  • Negotiating offers between the tenant and landlord
