Land Estates’ fixed fee structure for our Tenant Find Service has enabled landlords across the UK to let their rental property at an affordable rate whilst allowing landlords to receive a higher percentage return on their rental investment. Register now.

Features of our Tenant Find Service, £75.00 inc. VAT for a two month term.  Should you need to renew thereafter a small fee of £19.95 inc. VAT will be payable.

Land Estates’ professional services are as follows:

• Your property will be published on the Land Estates web site.
• A full colour photo and description mail shot of your property will be sent to our entire database of waiting professional tenants along with all tenants registered with Rightmove.co.uk , FindaProperty.com and Primelocation.com for similar property updates.
• Your property will also be published within the Land Estates marketing program and displayed on the UK's largest property portals including Rightmove, FindaProperty, Primelocation, Propertyfinder, Fish4homes, Globrix, Zoomf, Yahoo, Sky and many more.  
• All prospective tenants who make enquiries to Land Estates regarding your property or similar properties will be advised on a landlords rental property particulars and suitable viewing times. Note: The tenant will be asked to contact the landlord if the landlord is conducting their own viewings.
• Landlords are offered guidance notes on how best to present a rental property to potential tenants.
• Landlords can call 01322 413 501 to speak to one of our experienced advisers who will be able to advise you on any Landlord/Tenant issues that may arise.
• Should a landlord fail to find a tenant within the two month term of our Tenant Find Service, landlords will be offered a third month term at £19.95 inc. VAT.
