This is a genuinely lovely family home, which any one looking to be close to the Grammar Schools, Bluewater, A2/M25 and Dartford/Crayford Train stations would be mad not to view. This really does offer you everything!!! Let me tell you why............

Set on the popular Shepherds Lane in West Dartford, is this truly lovely four double bedroom double fronted "extended" family home.

Standing to attention on a corner plot this property really has been maintained and lovingly cared for by the current owners and really does command your attention!!!

As you enter the property you are greeted by a good size hallway which is bright and airy leading you to any of the three main rooms on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and has a real "cottage" feel to it. A separate door leads you to a great size utility area which has been carefully thought out as well as a downstairs cloakroom. The dining room is a great size, with a patio door leading to the rear "south" facing garden, this room receives an abundance of natural light so this is a room you can really enjoy to the full in summer months. The door at the end of the dining room leads you nicely into the lounge. This room is exceptionally large with double bay windows to the front and feels just like home, Its wonderfully warm and relaxing, with a built in wine rack!! You can put your bags down, crack open a bottle, put your feet up and enjoy this room to the max.

The stairs leading to the first floor are generously wide and not at all steep. There are four - yes FOUR double bedrooms to the first floor. With each one having a unique feel to it. The master facing out to the front has built in wardrobes and dressing table. The second bedroom, faces the garden and is a very generous size as is the third bedroom, which is currently being used as an office. The family bathroom is a good size and has been decorated to a high standard, if you poke your head around the corner you will notice the enclosed shower cubicle with electric power shower. The fourth bedroom, again facing onto Shepherds Lane, is a great size. There is also an extremely large loft for extra storage space, not that you would necessarily need it in this home.

Outside, to the front the garden is laid to lawn and snakes round to the side of the house, where you will notice the entrance porch leading you into this home.

The rear garden has "three" gates, one to the side, one to the rear and one to the front which gives you access to any part of this home. The attractive garden has a pond, a seating area, and array of lovely plants and shrubs. In the summer the rear of the garden is adorned with the bright summer colours of the Clematis flowers and Cherry and Magnolia trees.

The garage is located at the rear of the property with a gated driveway giving you security and peace of mind.

Leaded D/G windows and GCH keep this home warm and welcoming all year round.

This property has been with the current family for over 30 years and you can tell they have enjoyed every minutes of living here and bringing up their family.
