This stunning modern four bedroom end of terrace town house is sure to please even the most particular of buyer. There is nothing to dislike about the design and décor of this home. The current owners have done a fabulous job in making this property look and feel extremely appealing.

The Bridge Development built in 2012 by Taylor Wimpy and designed by Wayne Hemingway, (half of the duo behind the fashion label Red or Dead) joined forces to create the Bridge Development, of which Brunel Way was the first phase.

It is decorated throughout in pure white and amazingly is immaculate, all the rooms are carpeted except for the bathrooms and kitchen, these have the benefit of good modern vinyl. All the bedrooms have tv points. An impressive information pad in the entrance hallway is just amazing. It not only tells you when the next bus is (which, by the way is a free fastrack for all residents) it also tells you the weather and what is going on in the Bridge Community. Genius! I have also been advised that there is an on-site supermarket coming soon, which will be very useful and if this is not attractive enough how about its own on-site Primary School. Dartford Bridge Primary School was graded "Good" by Ofsted in 2014.

There is something about this home which makes you feel so inspired, it could be the current décor and furnishing or maybe it’s the layout which just ticks all the boxes.

All the rooms are of an extremely good size, including the bedrooms, which are larger than the average home. Plenty of space for as much furniture as you like!

The storage that is on offer is more than you would normally expect, which is of great benefit as there are plenty of places to keep your belongings if you don’t feel like using the loft.

There is a downstairs w.c, as well as a “double” shower en-suite and a family bathroom. So there are facilities on each floor. Great if you have family and friends round or just a busy Monday morning getting the children and yourselves ready for the week ahead.

The ground floor layout comprises of: cloakroom, lounge/dining room. There is also a good size storage cupboard which is extremely useful. The lounge also benefits from patio doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. With built in white goods there is no need to spend any money. In fact, you won’t have to spend even a £1 on this home.

To the first floor, you will be greeted by two great size bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom which is larger than the average bathroom.

There are a further two double bedrooms to be found on the second floor both equally unique in design and layout.

Every room in this house has received the owners very own personal touch, each room is individual and decorated to a very high standard.

Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing throughout.

The garden is a lovely size with two patio areas and lawn. There is also an outside tap and lighting.

One allocated parking space.

The management company is on site and I am reliably informed that they are extremely helpful. There is CCTV throughout the development which is extremely comforting if you are security conscious.

So all in all a fabulous home which will not disappoint.

Viewings will be held on Saturday 16th January between 11am and 1pm.
